2025 Kempersports Hole-in-One Promotion Terms and Conditions

Effective: June 1, 2025

Sponsor: KemperSports is the “Sponsor” of the contest.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE KEMPERSPORTS HOLE-IN-ONE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION.

GENERAL
These terms apply to participation in this promotion.

Eligibility: KemperSports Hole-in-One Promotion is open only to those who are valid participants of the Promotion who have opted in to receive email communications and who play a round of golf at a *participating facility managed by KemperSports. Members must be age 18 or older as of such round. The Contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to
participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor, as final and binding as it relates to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Contest Period: The Contest starts on June 1st, 2025, and ends December 31st, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

How to Enter: The KemperSports Hole-in-One Promotion is free to join. To register, a player must scan the QR code on property or register via the KemperClub website (kemperclub.com/holeinone) and provide their name, email address, and all other required information prior to playing the round for which any prize is sought. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

How to Win and Prize: Registration must occur prior to playing the round in which a hole-in-one is achieved. Registered players to successfully achieve a validated hole-in-one at any participating KemperSports affiliated properties* during the promotional period (June 1st – December 31st 2025) will receive a certificate, via the email they registered with, good for one (1) complimentary one-night stay and one (1) round of golf (greens fees and cart, subject to availability) at Streamsong Resort, valid for redemption through December 31, 2026, based on availability.

  • Winner must inform the property and have hole-in-one-validated by the General Manager or Head Golf Professional and another player(s) within playing group the same day the hole-in-one occurs. Validation subject to sole discretion of General Manager or Head Golf Professional; Rounds must be played in accordance with the USGA rules of golf
  • Registered players can only win once during the Contest Period.
  • Winner may choose to bring 1 additional playing partner for their Streamsong Resort redemption, and that playing partner will receive a discounted rate of 25% off Rack Rate per night for hotel (for up to three nights), and $100 off Rack Rate per round, with a $35 cart fee per player when applicable;
  • Winner may also choose to add up to 2 additional nights to his/her complimentary night at a charge of 25% off Rack per night and may add up to three additional rounds of golf at $100 off Rack per round, with a $35 cart fee per player when applicable;
  • Golf and room pricing for additional/guest rooms and rounds vary based on room type and date of stay;
  • All complimentary nights and rounds of golf and any discounted rates are subject to availability; blackout dates may apply;
  • Clubhouse Experience rooms are not included;
  • All other expenses, including travel, food, beverage and other resort activities (spa, fishing, etc.) are at the responsibility of the player and/or guests;
  • Not valid with existing reservations;
  • Caddie fees and gratuities are not included. The player will be responsible for paying the recommended rate plus gratuity. A group caddie is required with the use of a cart. Carts not available Dec. 24, 2025, through Feb. 28, 2026.
  • The Chain is walking only year-round;
  • Discounted golf rates do not apply at The Chain;
  • Approximate retail value of prize is $1,000 and may vary based on date of stay/play;
  • Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with prize.
  • Winners may be required to execute liability and publicity waivers (unless prohibited
    by law)

Redemption
Redemption Period: Certificate must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. Use of certificate must be disclosed during reservation process. Certificate email must be presented at the time of check-in at Streamsong.

Winner Notification: Winners will receive their certificates via the email address they entered the Contest within approximately ten (10) days following their validated Hole-In-One. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Winners and guests may be required to sign a Liability and/or Publicity Release in order to receive/utilize Prize (except as prohibited by law).

The receipt by a winner of a Prize offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification. Use of prize is conditioned on compliance with course and property rules and conditions.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this Contest you understand that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of KemperSports, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and Winner's name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Contest, and biographical information as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation unless and to the extent prohibited by law.

Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should (in their sole discretion) intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or commits fraud or otherwise violates these Rules.

Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, each Facility and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the contest and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any Prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the
processing of entries.

Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States of America and Illinois, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Contest, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Illinois having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the KemperSports website.
