Ryan Harbour

Ryan Harbour joined the KemperSports family in August 2026 as Vice President of New Business Development where he leads strategic growth initiatives focused on expanding our portfolio of golf courses, hospitality destinations and lifestyle properties across North America.

With more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in business development, sales and strategic partnerships across the golf and hospitality industries, Ryan is responsible for identifying and securing new management opportunities by strengthening relationships with municipal leaders, developers, private owners and institutional partners to support our continued expansion across our diverse portfolio of properties.

Prior to joining KemperSports, Harbour served as Regional Vice President of Sales for Club Car’s leading distributor in the Northeast, where he directed sales operations and led a team responsible for approximately $45 million in annual revenue. Before that, he held multiple leadership positions with the PGA TOUR, including Senior Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of Business Development, where he led membership growth initiatives, oversaw multi-property sales and marketing operations, managed property acquisition efforts and built strategic partnerships with Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations.
