Nicole Kayes

Nicole Kayes serves as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for KemperSports, bringing more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience across large, multi-location organizations. In her role, Nicole oversees our people strategy, talent development, employee engagement initiatives and HR operations, helping support our culture of service and operational excellence nationwide.

Prior to joining KemperSports, Nicole served as Vice President of Human Resources at Crate & Barrel Holdings, where she partnered closely with field and corporate teams to drive employee engagement, leadership development and talent pipeline strategies across geographically dispersed operations. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles with Target Corporation and practiced employment law at Bryan Cave LLP.
