Official Contest Rules – Lake of Isles Golf Satisfaction Survey Giveaway
Sponsor: Lake of Isles is the “Sponsor” of this giveaway.
Prize: One (1) $100 gift card for use at Lake of Isles.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility: This contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who complete the Lake of Isles Golf Satisfaction Survey. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. The contest is open only to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of KemperSports Management, LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Contest Period: Entries for completing the Lake of Isles Golf Satisfaction Survey will be accepted starting on January 7, 2025, and ending on January 14, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, complete the Lake of Isles Golf Satisfaction Survey. Each entry must fulfill all Contest requirements to remain eligible. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry by completing the survey. Using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices to submit more than one entry may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Prizes: One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card for use at Lake of Isles, with an approximate retail value of $100. The specifics of the prize are solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable, and any and all prize-related expenses, including any federal, state, and/or local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Lake of Isles to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2025. Additional terms and restrictions may apply.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each Lake of Isles Golf Satisfaction Survey participant is eligible to receive one (1) entry for completing the survey.
Winner Selection and Notification: The winner of the Contest will be selected in a random drawing from among eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsor. The drawing will take place on or about January 24, 2025. The winner will be notified via email within approximately ten (10) days following the selection. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) days of notification, or fails to meet eligibility and other requirements, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Receipt of the prize is conditioned upon compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by the winner (at the Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in disqualification as the Contest winner.
Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant the Sponsor and anyone acting on its behalf the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide and in perpetuity, your entry and winner’s name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Terms: Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest if circumstances beyond its control affect the Contest’s integrity or proper conduct. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner from all eligible entries received prior to or after (if appropriate) the action taken. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.
Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, illness, injury, death, or other loss or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Disputes: This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States and Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Participants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually in a court located in Connecticut, without resorting to class action. Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Lake of Isles website.
