Official Contest Rules – Desert Willow Golf Resort Golf Satisfaction Survey Giveaway
Sponsor: Desert Willow Golf Resort is the “Sponsor” of the contest.
Prizes: There will be two (2) prizes awarded to two (2) winners. The prizes are as follows:
- One (1) Foursome of Golf a Desert Willow
- One (1) $100 Desert Willow Gift Card
The specifics of the prizes shall be determined by the Sponsor. The prizes are nontransferable, and no substitution of prizes or transfer/assignment of prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Eligibility: The contest (the “Contest”) is open only to those who complete the Desert Willow Golf Resort Golf Satisfaction Survey. Entrants must be 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The contest is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of KemperSports Management, LLC, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Contest Period: Contest entries for completing the Desert Willow Golf Resort Golf Satisfaction Survey may be submitted starting on January 6, 2025, and ending on January 15, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).
How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by completing the Desert Willow Golf Resort Golf Satisfaction Survey. Each respondent is eligible to receive one (1) entry to win one (1) of the two (2) prizes by completing the Desert Willow Golf Resort Golf Satisfaction Survey. to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. You may enter only once, and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more than one time by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility or disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Prizes: Two (2) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving one (1) of the following prizes:
- One (1) Foursome of Golf at Desert Willow
- One (1) $100 Desert Willow Gift Card
The specifics of the prizes shall be determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Each Desert Willow Golf Resort Golf Satisfaction Survey participant is eligible to receive one (1) entry for completing the survey.
Winner Selection and Notification: Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing among eligible entries under the supervision of the Sponsor, to take place after the promotional period, on or about January 15, 2025. The winners will be notified via email within approximately ten (10) days following the winner selection. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within three (3) days from the time the award notification was sent, or otherwise fails to provide evidence of eligibility and/or timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
The receipt by the winners of the prizes offered in this Contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these official rules by any winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the sweepstakes and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
