KemperSports Tabs Industry Veteran and former KemperSports team member, Andrew Fleming, as Executive Vice President of Strategy

NORTHBROOK, Ill., April 22, 2025 – KemperSports, a leading golf, sports, and hospitality company, announced today that golf and sports industry veteran, Andrew Fleming, will join the KemperSports team as Executive Vice President of Strategy. Fleming previously was a KemperSports team member from 2014-2018 while serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Affairs.

“Andrew is an industry thought leader who will be a great addition to our team,” said KemperSports CEO Steve Skinner. “His leadership and deep experience in golf and sports will help us continue our growth trajectory.”

In his new role, Andrew will be responsible for the strategy and growth of several of the company’s business units. Fleming will also oversee KemperSports’ technology and innovation initiatives across the organization.

During his career, has held leadership positions with Golf Channel (2008-2014), EZLinks Golf (2018-2020) and most recently as Chief Operating Officer at StreamLayer (2020-2025).

Andrew is a graduate of Northwestern University with a law degree from The University of Chicago Law School. He resides in Evanston, Ill. with his wife and three kids.
