Women’s golf is growing rapidly, but growth alone doesn’t create meaningful experiences. Listening does.
At KemperSports, creating experiences and building communities are at the core of who we are. As part of our continued commitment to better understanding and serving women golfers, we conducted a series of Women in Golf focus groups in February 2026 representing a range of skill levels, golf travel experiences and perspectives on the game.
The insights were clear: women’s passion for golf is real, the experience surrounding the game matters deeply and feeling welcomed, comfortable and included has a direct impact on how and where women choose to play.
These conversations reinforced that women don’t want golf experiences built on assumptions or stereotypes. They want thoughtful, authentic environments where they can enjoy the game, connect with others and feel confident from the moment they arrive.
The findings shared in the infographic below highlight several key themes shaping the future of women’s golf, including:
- The importance of connection and shared experiences
- Creating welcoming and unintimidating environments
- Designing experiences that prioritize enjoyment alongside playability
- Moving beyond outdated stereotypes and “pinkified” approaches to women’s golf
As one of golf’s fastest-growing player segments continues to evolve, we remain committed to creating golf experiences built for the way women love to play.
