Position Summary:
Chambers Bay Golf Course is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily food and beverage operations at one of the Pacific Northwest’s most recognized public golf destinations.
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with overtime eligibility. Hours will likely exceed 40 per week at certain times of the year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations
- Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate FOH staff
- Maintain service, sanitation, and safety standards
- Assist with service during high-volume periods
- Manage weekly ordering and monthly inventory
- Ensure compliance with health and liquor regulations
- Support on-course and special events
Qualifications:
- Restaurant or food and beverage management experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

Hourly restaurant staff

Pay Range:
$30 to $33 per hour
