Construction Management
To support an efficient development process, KemperSports provides all necessary or appropriate construction-management services in accordance with your project’s needs.Specifically, we oversee construction of the golf course, maintenance building, lodging facility, and other infrastructure as required by the design plan.
Course Grow-In
We manage the grow-in of your golf course and prepare a comprehensive maintenance plan that includes equipment and supply recommendations.And we leverage our national-account pricing power to procure maintenance equipment, tools, and supplies.
